Street Style: Oslo Morning Rush Hour, June 7th, 8-9:00

“The best fashion show is definitely on the street. Always has been, and always will be.” – Bill Cunningham
I certainly agree with Bill, and as a newbie to this city – and a style, fashion, and design lover, I have learned a lot just by looking at people walking around!
This morning from 8 until 9 I sat near the National Theater tram stop, on the corner of Karl Johans gate just before the castle, and then just a bit down the street. I was afraid there would be nothing to see because it has been raining all week, and people are covered up, but to my surprise there was still quite a lot there!
In a nutshell, the trends I spotted were: mid-calf: pants, jackets, and skirts, yellow jackets and accessories, green jackets, cream sweaters, and all black outfits!  Take a look for yourself below. (And of course, solid color shoes.)
