This week has been great. My body feels like it is back in full function and my workouts are going really well. This has been the second week of carb cycling which has been a little bit hard. On the days with low calories and carbs I find myself wanting pizza and things so badly!
Going into this coming week my "low" days will be even lower. I like the challenge though! Johanna's admits it's very hard but just something we have to put up with. It's part of this game!
I have another week with travel this week so meal prepping will be super essential!
